Our service provides sales readiness assessments for recruitment and team development purposes. You may use Skillfyd only in compliance with these terms and applicable laws. You must not use the service to misrepresent candidates, violate third-party rights, or engage in any unlawful activity.

Payments and Credits

All payments are processed securely via Cashfree. Credits purchased are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Unused credits remain in your account and are subject to the validity period specified at the time of purchase. New accounts receive 3 complimentary trial credits upon registration.

Intellectual Property

All content, assessments, frameworks, and reports on Skillfyd are our proprietary property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission from Skillfyd.

Limitation of Liability

We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Skillfyd is a decision-support tool — hiring and employment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the employer. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data and do not sell it to third parties. Candidate assessment data is stored on your account and accessible only to you.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
